April 2025 - Inside Block #1 - Where the first 155 RV Pads, 15 Yurts, and 15 Pop-up/Tent sites will be.  Plus a General Store, Gift Shop, Saloon & Restaurant, Four Bathroom/Shower/Laundry Facilities, a Dog Park, 4 Volleyball Courts, 8 Horse-Shoe pits, Kart Corral, a Tiki Hut w/ 50'x50' Deck with seating for 100 and a huge BBQ Pit - perfect for the Pig Roasts,  and a Maintenance Barn.

April 2026 - Block #2 - 155 more RV Pads, 15 more Yurts and 15 more Pop-up & Tents sites.  Plus one more double boat landing on the North Corner of Block #2.

April 2027 - Block #3 - 155 more RV Pads, 15 more Yurts and 15 more Pop-up & Tents sites.  Plus one more double boat landing located centrally between Bblocks 1 & 2.

April 2028 - Block #4 - We'll add approximately 60-70 more RV Pads, 10 Yurts, 7 Pop-up/Tent sites in the upper half.  We are going to keep the lower 20 acres along FM 2040 as agricultural land and we will farm some of it.  We may build one more barn there as well.
